    Communication is key.
I am pleased to offer services to people of all ages and abilities. If you have physical limitations or need accommodations, please share your needs with me when you book your session/s so I  can do my best to make your experience as pleasant as possible.

            After your session, you will receive a follow up call, text or email and an opportunity to provide feedback. This helps insure you and clients like you are given the best possible care and service.
If it’s Not broken, don’t fix it ; but if it’s not working let me know and I’ll do my absolute best to make things right. 

    Your safety is as important to me as my own.
Massage Therapy is an ancient healing art, not a sexual service. Any inappropriate behavior will immediately end your session without refund.
Please arrive to your session reasonably clean and odor free.
Hangers and hooks are provided for use during your session and keeping track of your personal belongings is your responsibility.
For your privacy and security, no flash photography, video, or audio recording is permitted during sessions. Care instructions and answers to questions may be recorded once the massage session has ended. 


Anyone under age 18 must be accompanied by a guardian throughout their session. Young children must be supervised and are welcome to choose a movie to watch during their session and/or a quiet activity during your's.
If you cause damage to my equipment or property, you may be charged the cost to repair or replace those items.

        
Your time is valuable and so is mine.
When you buy a package of time with me I make a commitment to having that time available to serve you; that affects how many other clients I can take on; for that reason I do not give refunds. If you are not sure my style is right for you, I recommend booking a 30 minute session; if you decide to buy a package, I'll add the cost of that session toward the total package price.
If you are late to an appointment, you lose that time. If you simply don't show, you are still charged in full. In turn I promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well.        

Payment is always made before your session begins and Tips are always appreciated.
. For your convenience, I accept cash, debit, credit, and money order.
A list of products, Services, and prices is available by request in Large print, braille, or electronic format.        

My hours of operation are Monday Through Saturday 9:00AM-7:30PM; closed on Sunday, Christmas eve, Christmas day, new year’s eve, and New years day,..

And last but most definitely not least; the personal, financial, medical, or other such information you give either in writing or otherwise will never be shared, rented or sold to anyone except as required by state or federal law.

Payments:

A Credit or debit card is required to hold your  timeslot, you may choose a different payment method once you arrive.

You are welcome  to make changes to yr scheduled appointments up to 24hr in advance, once the 24 hour window begins, you will be charged 50% late cancellation fee, and 100% for no call-no show.

Package Policies:

Prepaid packages are available in quantities of 3, 5, and 10 sessions, and can be shared with one other person designated at time of purchase or upon redemption.

Purchasing a package of sessions is not purchasing  store credit, items such as gift cards or products, are sold separately.

 To add enhancements such as aromatherapy or hot stones just pay the difference.

A balance of used and unused sessions can be found on the emailed receipt.

Sessions are scheduled based on availability, and late cancellations or no-shows forfeit that session.

Please use package sessions within  1 year after purchase.
